How will I know if the book(s) I reserved is ready for pick-up?
Answer
A system-generated notification will be sent to your e-mail registered to us.
Upon notification, you must collect your book(s) within three (3) days.
You may also check your request through your online Library Account by following these step-by-step procedures:
a. Go to Mapúa Library One Search.
b. Click sign in at the upper right corner.
c. Log-in using your Mapúa Mymail account.
d. Once logged in, you may click your name at the upper right corner and click the "Library Card".
There you can see the Loans, Requests, Fines & Fees, and Blocks & Messages you have.
Otherwise, it will be issued to the next patron who reserved the item, or it will be returned to the shelf.
